Job summary

Wolfspeed is seeking an integration test technician to play a key role in the yields of power device manufacturing. You will work a compressed 12-hour day shift (3 and 4 day weeks) on the Backend Day Shift, 6am–6pm, with alternate Wednesdays.

Responsibilities include automated test equipment maintenance, calibration and wafer disposition. You will monitor control charts, maintain calibration standards, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical failures with engineering, and implement process

Qualifications

• AA degree in a technical field and 0-4 years semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• Must have demonstrated a high level of dependability and be able to work efficiently with little supervision.
• Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude and ability to put those to use in a cleanroom environment.

Here’s the Gist:
As an integration test technician you will play a key part in yield of power device manufacturing process. You will work a compressed day shift (12 hrs, alternating 3 and 4 day workweeks; Backend Day Shift, Thursday- Saturday and every other Wednesday from 6am to 6pm). You will work on automated test equipment maintenance, calibration and disposition of wafers.

The Day-to-Day
