Requirements
- We require a bachelors degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with at least 2 years of related experience; alternatively, 8 years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
- We require at least 2 years of experience in system integration and test.
- We require at least 2 years of experience with NI tools such as LabVIEW and/or TestStand.
- We require an active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance.
- We require the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program access as needed.
- We prefer experience testing space-qualified, aerospace, or military hardware.
- We prefer experience with requirements analysis, testability, verification planning, and integration of hardware and software systems.
- We prefer familiarity with DOORS or similar requirements management tools, including traceability and verification matrices.
- We prefer experience designing and using test beds, simulators, and electrical ground support equipment.
- We prefer experience supporting programs through the full lifecycle, from concept development and proposals through design reviews, integration, test readiness, and delivery.
- We prefer experience with RF test and measurement equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, logic analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
- We prefer familiarity with satellite telemetry, tracking, and command systems and tools such as COSMOS or InControl.
- We prefer familiarity with scripting or automation tools such as Python, Java, Perl, or similar.
- We prefer familiarity with Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence.

Responsibilities
- We support the development, assembly, integration, verification, and test automation of space payloads, spacecraft subsystems, and full space vehicles.
- We provide system-level integration and test engineering support during verification, including automation of functional, qualification, and production environmental testing.
- We support integration and test efforts for spacecraft buses, communications payloads, mission payloads, and full space vehicles.
- We develop and deploy electrical ground support equipment to enable integration, checkout, test automation, and execution.
- We create and maintain test documentation, including test requirements, design documents, plans, procedures, verification records, and test reports.
- We execute day-to-day integration and test activities for payload and spacecraft systems.
- We perform electrical ground support equipment and unit‑under‑test checkout, selloff, and troubleshooting across the system lifecycle.
- We analyze test data, identify anomalies, document issues, and lead root cause and corrective action efforts with cross‑functional teams.
- We support system verification and validation activities from design through manufacturing, testing, and delivery.
- We contribute to major program reviews, including SRR, SDR, PDR, CDR, IRR, TRR, I&T, and final selloff.
- We collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure test readiness and successful execution.
- We travel as needed to support integration, test, and post-delivery activities.
- We work extended or weekend hours when program schedules require it.
