Job summary

Tarana Wireless, Inc. is seeking an Integration Test Engineer to advance hardware and FPGA testing in a fast-paced lab environment. You will build and run test plans, automate tests with Python, and manage test stations using Ansible to ensure accurate configurations. Strong analytical skills and experience in HW bring-up are highly valued.

The role emphasizes regression testing, issue tracking, and collaboration with design teams to deliver reliable, high-quality hardware products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 1-3+ years of relevant experience in hardware testing, integration, or similar fields.
  • Proficiency in Python for test automation, scripting, and debugging.
  • Familiarity with Ansible or similar configuration management tools.
  • Knowledge of software versioning, part numbers, and revisions for effective test deployment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in test planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Experience with HW bring-up and testing is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with hardware design tools and documentation.
  • Exposure to test station design and maintenance.
  • Proven ability to distill large volumes of automated test telemetry into actionable insights, clear bug reports, and executive-level summaries that identify root causes and trends.

  • Synthesize complex test data into concise, high-level status reports and Go/No-Go summaries for stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in testing new hardware, managing regressions, executing comprehensive test plans, and analyzing test results. Compensation and Benefits: What we offer:

The salary range for this position is: $90,000 to $120,000

Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to: skill set, years of experience and the employee's geographic location.
