• Review customer contracts from newly acquired businesses.
• Set up acquired contracts in Aspire with accurate pricing.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Accounts Receivable.
• Document standard work and processes.
• Participate in training new branches on Riverview processes.

We hire experienced professionals for roles in landscape maintenance, enhancements, snow operations, and field leadership and we are looking for an Integration Specialist Intern to join our team.

Pay Range

$25/hour

Shift & Location

This is Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Up to 25% travel within the Riverview service area (depending on location likely driving to a new acquisition branch to support training and integration). Travel expenses covered by company.

Candidates must reside within the Riverview Landscapes service area including NY, NJ, CT & MA and be willing to work a hybrid schedule with a typical week: 3 days in a branch office, 2 days work from home.

Role Summary

The Integration Specialist intern supports Riverview Landscapes’ acquisition growth by reviewing contracts, coordinating with internal partners to ensure accurate transfer of information, consistent system setup, and adoption of Riverview standard work in a premiere landscaping software platform tool called Aspire.

Job Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts from newly acquired businesses
• Set up acquired contracts in Aspire (Landscaping Software platform) with accurate pricing and billing
• Coordinate with Accounting and A/R
• Document standard work and processes
• Participate in training new branches on Riverview processes

Job Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a degree related to the landscaping industry (Horticulture, Landscaping design, etc.)
• Ability to learn new software programs
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, especially in data entry
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
