We re seeking an experienced Interim Integration Manager to support the post-acquisition integration of accounting and finance operations. This role will lead integration planning and execution, stabilize close and reporting, and align processes, systems, and controls across the combined organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead accounting and finance integration efforts following acquisition
  • Assess current-state processes and design future-state operating model
  • Align accounting policies, close timelines, and reporting standards
  • Support balance sheet cleanup, opening balance validation, and integration adjustments
  • Coordinate systems, chart of accounts, and data alignment
  • Partner with leadership to track integration milestones and risks
  • Document processes and deliver sustainable handoff to the permanent team
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of accounting and finance experience with post-acquisition integration exposure
  • Strong understanding of close, reporting, and internal controls
  • Hands-on, execution-focused leader comfortable in ambiguous environments
  • Experience working with private equity backed or acquisitive businesses preferred
  • Able to operate independently in a fully remote, interim capacity
