Job summary

Clear Fracture is hiring an Integration Engineer to deploy Belvedere in government and enterprise environments. You will work with customer teams to tailor integrations, ensure secure deployments, and deliver scalable data pipelines.

The role requires strong Python/SQL skills, cloud experience (AWS/Azure/OCI/Google), and familiarity with ETL/ELT, data warehouses, and AI-enabled workflows. Occasional work on-site at government facilities is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and integration of Belvedere into customer environments, including government and classified networks.
• Work directly with customer technical teams to understand architectures, data pipelines, security requirements, and workflows.
• Configure, customize, and integrate Belvedere with enterprise data platforms, cloud environments, databases, APIs, and existing applications.
• Develop prototypes, connectors, automation, and integration components to deliver customer value.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to troubleshoot issues and inform future product capabilities.
• Design and implement scalable data integration solutions leveraging ETL/ELT architectures and AI-assisted workflows.
• Support customer onboarding, technical training, and knowledge transfer.
• Troubleshoot deployment and integration issues across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
• Document solution architectures, deployment procedures, and best practices.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and enterprise data integration trends.
• Occasionally support pre-sales activities with technical demonstrations and PoCs.

We’re looking for a highly technical Integration Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work directly with government customers to deploy, configure, and integrate Belvedere into secure enterprise environments. You’ll collaborate closely with customers, engineering, and product teams to ensure successful implementations while helping shape the future of our platform.

This position includes periodic work within customer government facilities and classified environments to support deployments, integration efforts, and mission success.

Your Mission: Deliver AI‑Powered Data Integration

As an Integration Engineer, you’ll be responsible for deploying and integrating Belvedere into customer environments, solving complex technical challenges, and ensuring customers successfully leverage our agentic AI platform to modernize their data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and integration of Belvedere into customer environments, including government and classified networks.
• Work directly with customer technical teams to understand existing architectures, data pipelines, security requirements, and operational workflows.
• Configure, customize, and integrate Belvedere with enterprise data platforms, cloud environments, databases, APIs, and existing applications.
• Develop prototypes, connectors, automation, and integration components that demonstrate and deliver customer value.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to troubleshoot issues, provide implementation feedback, and influence future product capabilities.
• Design and implement scalable data integration solutions leveraging modern ETL/ELT architectures and AI‑assisted workflows.
• Support customer onboarding, technical training, and knowledge transfer.
• Troubleshoot complex deployment and integration issues across cloud, hybrid, and on‑premise environments.
• Document solution architectures, implementation guides, deployment procedures, and best practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, agentic systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise data integration.
• Occasionally support pre‑sales activities by participating in technical demonstrations, proof‑of‑concepts, and customer architecture discussions alongside the sales team.

What You Bring / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience deploying, integrating, or implementing enterprise software solutions.
• Experience working directly with government or enterprise customers.
• Comfortable working independently in customer environments.

Technical Expertise

• Strong programming experience using Python and SQL. Experience with Java or JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience integrating enterprise software using REST APIs, SDKs, messaging platforms, and databases.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, data warehousing, and modern data architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as Databricks, Oracle, Snowflake, Informatica, or similar technologies.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, SparkSQL, Trino, Elasticsearch, vector databases, or graph databases.
• Understanding of modern AI technologies including foundation models, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, and agentic workflows is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks is a plus.

• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Comfortable working across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and customer organizations.

Citizenship

• Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Desired Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Experience supporting defense or intelligence community customers.
• Experience deploying software into classified or air‑gapped environments.
• Experience implementing enterprise AI or data integration platforms.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with distributed data processing platforms and large‑scale enterprise environments.
