Job summary

Apera is seeking an Integration Engineer to lead complex hardware from engineering release through assembly, testing, and final delivery. You will coordinate with design, manufacturing, and test teams to ensure fluid, propulsion, and mechanical subsystems are built and validated to meet program milestones.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and 3+ years of hands-on hardware integration experience, with familiarity in aerospace assembly best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in hardware integration, assembly, or manufacturing of fluid, propulsion, or mechanical systems.
  • Familiarity with aerospace assembly best practices, including precision fitting, torque control, and contamination prevention.

Responsibilities

  • Lead integration from engineering release through assembly, testing, and final delivery.
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and test teams to ensure hardware is built and validated to meet requirements.
  • Support a range of mechanical, fluid, propulsion, and actuation systems within aerospace programs.
