Job description

NC FAST requires the services of a Senior Integration Engineer to provide hands‑on support for NC FAST applications using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and MuleSoft.

Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB)/App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and/or MuleSoft or Boomi
• Proficiency in Java and/or Python programming.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns, REST/SOAP web services, JMS, MQ, XML, JSON, and API development.
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and containerized application deployment.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Solid understanding of system integration, enterprise architecture principles, technical sizing, scalability, and high availability.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control tools such as Git.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• In addition to IIB/ACE experience, preference will be given to candidates with experience designing and developing integration solutions using MuleSoft. Experience with integrator/deployment tools such as TeamCity and various DevOps tools including SonarQube, deployment tools such as Ant/Maven, SCM tools like Bitbucket, and testing automation tools such as TOSCA and Selenium is also desired.
