Job summary

SWIVEL is seeking college interns in Texas for its College Intern Program. Interns will join software engineering teams in paid roles, with both full-time and part-time opportunities, based on interest and class schedules.

You will work on integrations, understand APIs and data mappings, and gain practical hands-on experience in the financial services space. Learn from experienced engineers, receive mentoring, and contribute to meaningful client projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related program.
• Interest in software integrations, fintech, technical analysis, or client-facing tech solutions.
• Familiarity with APIs, JSON, XML, SQL and testing preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; detail oriented with follow-up
• Ability to learn new systems, multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support integrations team with software integrations and client implementations.
• Assist documenting integration processes, configurations, test scenarios, and outcomes.
• Collaborate in team meetings and project discussions through its lifecycle from discovery to support.
• Build problem-solving skills by investigating configuration issues and unexpected system behavior.
• Gain exposure to financial services industry and SWIVEL products.
