The ICADS program at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida invites postdoctoral fellows to join a unique interdisciplinary training program designed to develop the next generation of leaders in cancer research and data science.

Fellows will work across cancer biology, biostatistics, bioinformatics and data science, and will gain experience in manuscript writing, grant proposals, seminars, and conferences.

Qualifications

• PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Experience with R and/or programming languages such as Python or Perl in Unix/Linux environments.
• Knowledge of biology or genetics is preferred but not required.

• Conduct innovative cancer-focused research within a multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate across cancer biology, clinical research, and data science disciplines.
