Job Description - Integrated Program Analyst - Fort Worth, TX (344954)

Integrated Program Analyst - Fort Worth, TX (344954)

Job Number: 344954

We’re more than aviation experts, we’re pioneers. We challenge what’s possible. From breaking the sound barrier to advanced tiltrotor systems. Today, Bell is shaping the future of aviation through specialized engineering. And we want you.

This position is onsite at Bell’s headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas.

Integrated Program Analyst (IPA)

The Integrated Program Analyst (IPA) is a member of the Program Management and Integrated Product Team (IPT), responsible for leading integrated cost, schedule, and Earned Value performance analysis across complex and high-visibility aircraft manufacturing programs.

An Integrated Program Analyst (IPA) is a high-level data driven problem solver and project expert who keeps massive aircraft manufacturing projects on time and under budget. The IPA looks at the big picture to make sure everything stays on track.

  • Track the money and time (Integrated Performance): Look at how much work has been done compared to how much money has been spent. If the project is spending too much money or running late, they catch it early.
  • Use Earned Value Management (EVM) project management method to measure exactly how efficient the team is and to predict future costs and deadlines.
  • Work closely with managers, engineers, and manufacturing to make sure everyone is communication-aligned and working toward the same goals.
  • Provide trusted analytical support for complex, high ‑ value aircraft programs and present performance insights to company leadership and external stakeholders
What you’ll be doing as an Integrated Program Analyst:

Provide authoritative accountability for program baselines, performance metrics, and planning integration, and serve as a trusted advisor to Program Managers and senior leadership.

Lead the development and optimization of integrated master schedules (IMS), conducts advanced variance and trend analysis, drives cost and schedule forecasting, and delivers decision-quality data and recommendations to Program Managers, CAMs, and functional leads.

Ensure robust alignment between scope, schedule, budget, and risk, and shapes recovery and optimization strategies that enable successful execution of complex, multi-disciplinary programs.

Cost & Schedule Integration Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: Translate WBS, SOW, and contractual terms into integrated master schedules (IMS) using Primavera P6, maintaining logic, critical paths, and schedule health.
  • EVM & Analytics: Lead Earned Value Management (EVM) processes to calculate, analyze, and forecast cost and schedule performance metrics (CPI, SPI, variances, EAC).
  • Change Control: Manage formal Baseline Change Request (BCR) processes to maintain configuration control, data integrity, and auditability across scope, schedule, and resources.
  • Advisory & Reporting: Guide CAMs on planning inputs, analyze risk/scope impacts to recommend recovery plans, and present executive dashboards to leadership and clients.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Responsibilities
  • Executive & Investor Briefings: Serve as the primary analytical interface for program leadership, delivering regular performance and strategy presentations to company executives and stockholders.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Present clear, concise variance analyses, EAC insights, SRA results, and recovery recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Action & Risk Ownership: Lead program planning actions, ensuring all leadership decisions, risks, and changes are accurately captured and reflected in official artifacts.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor Associate and IPA-level team members on EVM, scheduling, SRA, and performance management best practices.
Other areas of responsibility include:
  • Continuous Improvement & Compliance activities
  • Risk, Opportunity and Change Integration activities.
What you need to be successful in this role (hiring at multiple experience levels):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or other related field (Business, Finance, Engineering, Project Management) is required.
  • At least 2 years in experience in project controls, Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, and cost/schedule analysis in engineering, aerospace/defense, or other project-based manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to effectively present analytical findings regularly to the company’s leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret Work Breakdown Sheets (WBS), SOW, technical plans, and financial data and convert them into integrated master schedules and cost/schedule performance models for complex programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with extensive experience performing variance analysis, trend analysis, Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA), and forecasting, including Estimate at Completion (EAC) development
  • Deep expertise in project management fundamentals (scope, schedule, cost, risk, resources) and change control practices.
  • High proficiency with enterprise scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and standard office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), including advanced use for analysis and reporting.
