  • Lead the Integrated Product Team (IPT) through successful technical and program milestones, ensuring the proactive management and closure of critical technical risks.
  • Oversee IPT financial allocations and project timelines to ensure absolute alignment with strict program delivery requirements.

  • Background in aircraft structures, propulsion systems, or engine components, with experience in engine validation testing (like air leakage or pressure testing).
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving projects through formal aerospace milestones (e.g., PDR/CDR) without needing direct managerial authority.
  • Experience managing project schedules, tracking engineering metrics, and keeping team budgets aligned with program requirements. PMP certification.
  • Confidence presenting complex technical data and risk mitigation plans directly to senior management and aerospace customers.
  • Proven track record of mentoring and providing strategic technical guidance to junior engineers to elevate team performance and accelerate skill development.
