Job summary

Providence Medical Group in Oregon seeks a licensed Psychologist to join the Sunset Internal & Family Medicine clinic, delivering integrated behavioral health within the patient-centered medical home model. The role involves working with a diverse patient population with complex medical and mental health needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience with primary care behavioral health, including consultations, warm hand-offs and brief interventions for individual treatment.

Qualifications

• Licensed psychologist eligible to practice in Oregon.
• Experience with primary care Behavioral Health integrations is preferred.
• Experience with MAT or chronic pain patients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within integrated care teams in a hospital/clinic setting.
• Provide evidence-based assessments and brief interventions as needed.
• Offer consultations and warm hand-offs to PCPs and specialists.
