Job summary

LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists (LICSW/LMHC) for hybrid roles combining family medicine integration with outpatient psychotherapy. You will use CBT and other evidence-based approaches to support children, teens, and families while coordinating with primary care teams.

The role offers 2 days of telehealth and 3 days in the office, with competitive W2 compensation and comprehensive benefits, including health plans and a 401K.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist (LICSW/LMHC) with strong communication and clinical skills.
• Experience providing integrated care in primary care or outpatient settings.
• Proficiency with evidence-based therapies ( CBT, motivational interviewing, brief targeted treatment ).
• Experience with pediatric and adolescent patients and coordinating with medical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated behavioral health care within a family medicine office and outpatient psychotherapy.
• Lead psychotherapy sessions and conduct mental health screenings (depression, anxiety).
• Collaborate with medical professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Adapt therapies to a fast-paced clinic environment and telehealth delivery.
