Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No experience required; relevant certification preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under nurse supervision.
• Assist with ADLs and maintain patient safety.
• Record patient data and report changes to nurses.
• Assist with patient and family education; document care provided.
• Act as a 1:1 sitter when required.
