Qualifications

• Proven IMS development and management experience in a DoD framework.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project 2019+ and Project Web Access for tasks, schedules, and reports.
• Strong risk analysis and critical path analysis skills.
• Ability to articulate schedule impacts and recommend adjustments based on acquisition changes.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IMS activities for the PdM Biometrics program using MS Project.
• Develop and maintain IMS aligned with DoD acquisition requirements.
• Integrate schedules from system integrators and external providers.
• Conduct what-if and risk analyses; identify critical path and delays.
• Monitor schedules and produce status reports; coordinate with stakeholders.
