This role is responsible for developing and managing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) as a core program management artifact - enabling portfolio visibility, coordination across initiatives, and disciplined execution. As a member of the management team, you will lead your project team(s) to solve complex business challenges for our clients. You will have the opportunity to deepen your specialized knowledge and consulting skills, with room for long-term professional growth and career development within the firm. We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, team players, and outcomes oriented.

The annual salary range for this position is $102,000.00-$170,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
