Walton Global in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Marketing Specialist to support and execute cross‑functional marketing initiatives. You will manage projects from concept to completion, develop engaging content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and the company site, and assist PR efforts with agency partners.

The role collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to strengthen Walton's brand, coordinate campaigns, and drive business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional marketing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated content development experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of social media strategy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute integrated marketing initiatives supporting Walton's corporate brand and business lines.
• Manage marketing projects from intake through completion, ensuring deadlines and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Develop, edit, and publish content for LinkedIn, YouTube, the company website, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Assist in developing thought leadership content, corporate communications, and internal messaging.
• Support public relations initiatives by coordinating with external PR agency and media materials.
• Coordinate development and production of marketing collateral with Multimedia Designer and external vendors.
• Assist with promotional merchandise, branded materials, and marketing fulfillment requests.
• Collaborate on website updates, landing pages, SEO initiatives, and digital campaigns with the Technical Marketing Specialist.
• Partner with Market Research Analyst to incorporate market intelligence into marketing initiatives.
• Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, content schedules, and campaign reporting.
• Ensure all materials align with Walton's brand standards and messaging.
