Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to plan, write and proofread advertising materials, manage media plans, and coordinate campaigns across digital, direct mail, print and broadcast channels. You will support brand standards and collaborate with multiple departments.

The role requires strong copywriting, proofreading, and MS Office skills, with expertise in media buying and campaign logistics to deliver timely, impactful promotions.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a similar position and a BS/BA in Business, Advertising, Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Above-average organizational skills; proficient copywriting and proofreading ability.
• Knowledge of media buying, media summaries, flowcharts and media schedules.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Assist and support planning and implementing marketing department initiatives.
• Develop and obtain approvals for media plans and creative assets.
• Represent marketing at weekly meetings and coordinate production schedules.
