Are you passionate about crafting digital and social-first campaigns that shape culture and drive conversation? Do you want to create buzzworthy marketing programs for the world’s most iconic brands? What you'll be doing...

As an Integrated Marketing Manager focused on fashion, beauty, and lifestyle, you’ll play a key role in bringing innovative, stylish, and trend-driven ideas to life. You’ll lead the strategic development of bespoke marketing programs for some of the most exciting names in fashion, jewelry, beauty, travel, and entertainment. Partnering closely with sales, creative, and editorial teams, you’ll translate cultural insights and category expertise into compelling proposals that win business and capture imaginations.

This role reports to the Associate Director of Integrated Marketing.

Key responsibilities

  • Shape and evolve go-to-market strategies and materials for Future’s portfolio across fashion, jewelry/watches, travel, beauty and entertainment
  • Leverage your in-depth knowledge of fashion, beauty, and lifestyle categories to create standout marketing solutions that resonate with today’s style-savvy audiences
  • Lead and participate in high-energy brainstorms, crafting strategic and creative proposals that blend storytelling, insights, and innovation
  • Create polished, visually impactful pitch decks and support the sales team in client-facing meetings and presentations
  • Assist in executing post-sale activations, bringing custom partnerships, events, and experiential marketing programs to life with style and precision

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

  • 4+ years of experience in media, publishing, advertising agencies, or brand-side marketing roles, preferably with a strong focus on fashion, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle
  • Deep understanding of the fashion, beauty, wellness, home, travel, and entertainment media landscape
  • Expertise leading internal brainstorms, crafting bespoke client proposals, and weaving cultural trends and insights into marketing narratives
  • Strong creative sensibility and a passion for shaping brand stories that are stylish, modern, and culturally relevant
  • Client-facing experience with a knack for persuasive storytelling and dynamic presentations
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and creating visually compelling presentations
  • Collaborative spirit with experience partnering closely with sales, editorial, and creative teams
