Job summary

DCS Corp is seeking a Logistics Management Specialist to coordinate and develop integrated logistics support plans for Army vehicle system programs. The role requires travel for customer support evaluations, hand-offs, and problem studies, and involves liaison with TACOM and other government and industry partners.

Essential duties include developing life-cycle support plans, monitoring support analysis, and guiding contract scopes of work from concept through production.

Responsibilities

• Develops integrated logistics support plans covering maintenance, manpower, training, support equipment, TMDE, supply, data, and transportability.
• Monitors the logistics support analysis program to define criteria and identify system requirements.
• Coordinates with technical specialists to develop corrective actions and ensure implementation.
• Oversees materiel fielding milestones and fielding agreements with users and long-range planning documents.
• Develops/contracts scopes of work for logistics support from concept through production and evaluates proposals.
• Represents the Program Manager at logistics meetings with industry and government agencies.
