Peraton is seeking a Naval Logistics Engineer to work directly with our Navy customers maintaining integrated logistics(ILS) support for R&D and in-service electro-mechanical systems for naval applications. This position is located on-site in Bethesda, MD.
Interpret shipboard installation drawings, allowance parts lists(APLs), and ILS Certifications to prepare work files in support of ISEA systems installations, as well as extracting data from NDE to support delivery of ILS packages.
What you’ll do:
- Support life-cycle maintenance and integrated logistic product development for the US Navy Submarine systems
- Provide interim and full logistics support to in-service Engineering Agent for Columbia and Virginia Class Submarine systems
- Use Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System(ICAPS) to develop and maintain Allowance Parts Lists(APLs) and link them to Navy Item Control Numbers(NICNs)
- Interface with customers and fleeet users
