Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking an Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO) Planner in Tampa, FL. This full-time role requires TS/SCI clearance, with local travel up to 10%.

You will plan, coordinate, and integrate IJSTO and STO/SAP efforts across joint and service planning environments, and brief senior leaders on operational concepts. Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to pass CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor of Arts/Science in a relevant field.
• 3–10 years’ experience planning, coordinating, integrating IJSTO and/or SAP planning at senior levels.
• 7 years demonstrated experience with military planning processes (JPP, MDMP, and/or campaign planning).
• Experience briefing or delivering written operational concepts to executive/senior decision makers.
• Graduate of STO Planners Course and PDAS Operators Course.

• Develops inputs to CONOPS, OPLANs, OPORDs, and contingency plans.
• Synchronizes STO/SAP integration with command targeting and operational activity.

• Collaborates with interagency, intelligence community, multinational, and joint partners.
• Prepares and delivers briefings and planning products for senior leadership.
