Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of financial services experience including brokerage and advisory investment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Enhances field productivity by partnering with financial advisors to grow integrated planning practices.
• Provides in-depth consultation on financial planning, sales processes, products and implementation.
• Identifies best practices, tools and resources to introduce planning services to the field.
• Leads projects to enhance centralized service models and adoption of planning philosophies.
• Supports workflow refinement and change management aligned with distribution strategy.
• Consults with advisors on financial planning, product options and investment concepts.
• Analyzes clients' goals and portfolios; documents case notes and develops recommendations.
• Coaches on presenting financial plans and handling client objections.
• Leads training and development on program administration, planning, investments, tech and workflow.
• Analyzes workflows to address obstacles and enhance retention and productivity.
