Job summary

Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) is hiring a Co-occurring Disorders Therapist to join the Pathways team in Bremerton, WA. The role provides integrated treatment for clients with mental health and substance use challenges, including individual and group therapy and care coordination across partners.

Applicants should have Level I or Level II qualifications, with relevant master’s level education and licensure eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field as stated.
• Licensure as SUD Professional or Trainee or eligibility for COD Specialist license enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Provide care coordination for a caseload including individual and group therapy.
• Conduct Substance Use Disorder assessments and determine level of care (ASAM).
• Develop and revise integrated COD treatment plans with the team.
• Educate families and coordinate with community partners and care teams.
• Document services according to agency policies and procedures.
