Job summary

CODAC Behavioral Health Services inc seeks a Behavioral Health Medical Professional (DNP/NP) to work within an integrated care team providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, and crisis services in Arizona.

You will collaborate with medical staff, coordinators, and primary care providers to support recovery, perform evaluations, manage medications, and contribute to outreach and service development for underserved communities.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered NP/DNP license in Arizona.
• DEA license required.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
• Experience prescribing buprenorphine/suboxone required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts psychiatric evaluations and prescribes/monitors medications.
• Collaborates with Medical Director.
• Regulates and adjusts medications.
• Provides education on medications, side effects, and nutrition.
• Maintains member charts per guidelines.
• Coordinates labs and primary care providers; follows up.
• Attends adult recovery and clinical team meetings.
• Develops liaison relationships with community medical agencies.
