Job summary

Blessing Health System seeks an Integrated Behavioral Health Manager to provide leadership and oversight of program operations that study and treat patients with emotional or mental disorders. You will drive the Behavioral Health Service Line strategy and align actions with organizational goals of quality and efficiency.

In this role you will foster collaboration with other leaders, guide action plans, ensure adherence to ICARE standards and code of conduct, and support mission-driven care

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Illinois LCSW license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Behavioral health experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and oversight of behavioral health program operations.

Job Summary

Integrated Behavioral Health Manager provides management and oversight of program operations that study and treat patients with emotional, mental, or psychological disorders. Provides strategic leadership in promoting Behavioral Health through Blessing Behavioral Health Service Line strategy initiatives.

In addition, this position works as a team to guide action plans which support organizational goals of quality, efficiency, and excellence in practice. Will foster collaborative working relationships with other leaders throughout the organization.

This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Health System. ICARE standards must be demonstrated. Adherence to Code of Conduct and other policies is required.

Education/Training/Experience

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Must possess a LCSW
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Behavioral Health experience

Preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
• Experience working in healthcare

License/Certifications/Special Requirements

• Possesses current appropriate Illinois LCSW License.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
