This role involves assessing client needs, formulating goal-oriented plans, and providing case management services. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field, strong communication skills, and fluency in Yiddish or Hebrew. The salary ranges from $52,000 to $60,000 per year, with benefits including health insurance and generous leave policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• Fluent in Yiddish or Hebrew required.
• Social services work experience and excellent computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Answer client calls and formulate individualized goal-oriented plans.
• Conduct in-person and remote intakes and input information into the EMR.
• Assess clients’ needs for multiple programs and benefits.
• Provide direct supportive services to clients.
• Manage a caseload of clients while maintaining detailed records.
