Qualifications

• Must have previous Intake experience in a Personal Injury firm.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work weekends and bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake consultations and document client information accurately.
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff to prioritize cases.
• Maintain and update client records using the case management system.
• Provide excellent client service and act as a primary point of contact.
