Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state where practicing.
• Minimum of one year experience in Mental Health/Chemical Dependency field working with an Age/Disability Specific population preferred.
• Must possess interpersonal skills to develop rapport with patients, families, and referral sources.
• CPR certification and Oceans approved behavioral health de-escalation program completed must.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiry calls, completes inquiry forms, schedules assessments promptly.
• Conducts comprehensive intake assessments and coordinates admissions per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Refer patients to appropriate resources when not suitable for facility programs; coordinate pre-certification and UR information.
