Job summary

KabaFusion is seeking an Intake Representative (Specialty) in Oklahoma City to process referrals and enroll patients in service for specialty medications such as Remicade and Stelara.

Role requires gathering data, verifying insurance, obtaining authorizations, and completing start-of-care paperwork while ensuring excellent patient care and collaboration with other departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HCPCS, ICD-10 and CPT codes.
• Minimum 2 years intake experience including eligibility and authorization.

Responsibilities

• Initiates intake process, gathers data from referrals and completes intake paperwork.
• Verifies insurance and eligibility and obtains authorizations when necessary.
• Completes start of care paperwork.
• Contacts patients to confirm information and notify them of financial obligations.

About the role:

As an Intake Representative at KabaFusion, you are responsible for processing referrals and getting patients on service. This will include commercial, private and government insurances for patients receiving specialty medications; such as Remicade and Stelara. You will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure we are providing an exceptional level of patient care with each interaction.

• Initiates intake process gathers relevant data from referral sources and completes intake paperwork.
• Verify insurance and eligibility along with obtaining authorizations when necessary.
• Completes start of care paperwork.
• Contact patients to confirm information and notify them of their financial obligation.

As an Intake Coordinator, you bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of HCPC, ICD-10 and CPT codes
• At least 2-years previous intake experience including eligibility and authorization.
