Palmetto Infusion in Eastman, GA is seeking an Intake & Referrals Coordinator to handle infusion therapy and home health referrals, verify insurance, and enter patient demographics into our system. You will coordinate with Clinical/Care teams and ensure timely referral handoffs.
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. This role supports patient access, billing processes, and HIPAA-compliant, compassionate care in a team-driven environment.

Responsible for taking Infusion Therapy and Home Health referrals from referral sources. Verifies insurance, enters patient demographics into the computer system, communicates with other departments regarding status of referrals and notifies patients/families regarding coverage and payment responsibilities. Ensures that all intake forms are complete, clear and within the company's scope of service.
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
