West Oaks Hospital, part of Universal Health Services in Houston, TX, seeks an Intake MOT/Registered Nurse to coordinate assessments and admissions for psychiatric patients.

The RN will work with Intake Counselors and physicians, manage the MOT process, and assist with discharge planning as needed. Texas RN license and inpatient psychiatric experience are required; compensation includes strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma or BSN).
• Current Texas State Registered Nurse licensure; CPR and hospital de-escalation certifications.
• Two years inpatient psychiatric nursing experience; strong assessment, intervention and documentation skills.

• Operations and Staff Management.
• Other duties as assigned.
