The Insurance & Intake Coordinator (Infusion Guide) will coordinate referrals and authorizations while delivering excellence in patient and physician service.

This full-time onsite role at the Concord, NH center offers predictable hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:30pm), a supportive training plan, and a starting salary at $25/hour plus quarterly bonuses based

The Role

We’re looking for an Insurance & Intake Coordinator -- an "Infusion Guide" -- who is passionate about raising the bar in infusion therapy care.

The Infusion Guide will contribute to the company’s growth through detailed referral and intake coordination along with excellent customer and physician customer service. The Infusion Guide will make sure our patients receive the highest level of care possible in infusion therapy.

This is a Full-Time position that will be located onsite, at our Local Infusion center in Concord, NH with a schedule of M-F, 9:00am - 5:30pm. The ideal candidate will have prior experience reading medical charts and working on insurance pre-authorizations. The Infusion Guide role is perfect for those wishing to remain at the forefront of healthcare innovation, while having predictable hours, autonomy, and a manageable workload.

• Salary starting at $25/hr + quarterly bonus based on metrics & full benefits

All Intake Coordinator's must provide documentation of a negative TB test (within the last two years), and a current BLS certification. Hepatitis B and influenza vaccination records are also requested as part of the onboarding process.
