Job summary

The Ward Law Group in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced Intake Case Manager to guide clients through the early stages of their personal injury cases. You will ensure clients receive excellent support while moving claims efficiently toward resolution, with a focus on strong client communication and organized case progression.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of intake experience in a plaintiff PI firm, proficiency with modern case management tools, and the ability to manage a high-volume

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as an Intake Case Manager in a plaintiff personal injury firm.
• Experience handling bodily injury claims, pre-litigation case management, property damage, PIP, medical records and liens.
• Proficiency with Litify, Salesforce, or similar case management systems.
• Excellent client communication and organization, capable of managing a high-volume caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury clients from intake through case progression.
• Apply knowledge of bodily injury claims and pre-litigation processes.
• Identify cases for Full Demand, Quick Demand, or Global Demand and submit to the appropriate department.
• Review and submit potential production cases for attorney evaluation.
• Qualify clients for PIP benefits and assist with related claims.
• Document all activity thoroughly in the case management system and maintain client communication.
