Responsibilities

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for patient accounts.
• Complete payor forms for notification and authorization.
• Coordinate submission of clinical documents from physicians to payers.
• Calculate patient financial responsibility.
• Communicate with Utilization Review and clinicians to ensure financial clearance.
• Document processes per Insurance Verification guidelines.
