Job summary

Women’s Care in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Insurance Verification Specialist to manage third-party payer pre-certification activities for services across our women's health programs. You will verify eligibility, determine benefits, and document details in our systems, interacting with payers by phone and online.

The role requires 1–2 years of medical billing/insurance verification, strong knowledge of CPT/ ICD-10, excellent customer service, and precise data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years medical billing/insurance verification experience.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and medical terminology.
• Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities
