Job summary

John Avery - State Farm Agent is seeking a dynamic Telemarketer to expand the client base and promote insurance products through outbound calls. Part-time role with 10-20 hours weekly and flexible scheduling.

You'll conduct outbound calls, assess needs, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records in the CRM. Collaboration with the sales team to meet goals, with training and development provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
