Qualifications

• 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent.
• Experience leading sales teams and coaching.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team’s daily performance and targets.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Coach team members to deliver high customer service standards.
• Oversee operations to achieve targets and monitor performance.
• Handle escalated customer service issues as needed.
• Execute Store Operational Excellence (SOE).
