Qualifications

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Sales experience preferred (outside or inside sales roles).
• Able to obtain Property & Casualty License and Life/Health License.
• Able to meet marketing goals and promote products based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding insurance options, policy changes, billing, and inquiries.
• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process.
• Promote business development through exemplary communication and customer care.
