Jane Johnson - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to support daily agency operations and customer success. You will grow the agency by building meaningful customer relationships and coordinating between customer needs and agency departments.

You will market relevant insurance and financial products to meet client needs, while delivering prompt, friendly service and pursuing opportunities for advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Experience managing customer relationships.
• Ability to market products based on customer needs.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong dedication to customer service.

• Able to relate effectively to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
