Mitru & Partners Agency is seeking a Client Success Representative to convert warm, high-intent leads into premium outcomes. This fully remote role offers uncapped income potential and a flexible schedule, with OTE growing each year as you close executive-level opportunities for clients.

You will own end-to-end sales processes, deliver confident product presentations, maintain CRM records, and participate in ongoing training to elevate performance and 10X standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven sales experience.
• Elevated communication skills; ability to command a room, a team, a call, or a boardroom with confidence.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Self-driven with a 10X mindset, coachable, competitive, and hungry to grow.
• Comfort engaging high-net-worthbusiness owners as peers, not prospects.
• Valid US driver's license and reliable remote setup.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Client Success Representative, you will be the trusted voice that turns warm, high-intent leads into 10X success stories. You'll close premium products and experiences, events, and business events, for clients who expect a sales process as sharp and credible as the brand they're buying into. This is a career for someone who leads with value, communicates with precision, and carries themselves at the level of the clients they serve.

On-Target Earnings (OTE)

Year 1: $75,000– $150,000

Year 2: $150,000 – $200,000

Year 3: $250,000 – $300,000

Year 3+: $300,000+

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a high-energy, fully remote environment, presence and preparation matter. Schedule is very flexible and you will have the ability to set your work hours.

What You'll Own

What You Bring

1+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in a high-ticket or consultative environment.

Elevated communication skills: the ability to command a room a team , a call, or a boardroom with equal confidence.

A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

A self-driven, relentless, 10X mindset, coachable, competitive, and hungry to grow.

Comfort engaging high-net-worth business owners as peers, not prospects.

Must have a valid US driver's license and reliable remote set up work environment.
