Farmers Insurance Southern Utah offers an Insurance Agency Owner role where you establish and run your own agency with full support and resources from Farmers Insurance.

You will receive comprehensive training, ongoing guidance, and access to a network of experienced professionals to help you build client relationships and grow your agency.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and customer service.
• Prior insurance industry experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation.
• Ability to own and operate your own business with guidance from Farmers Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
