Ciro Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Hastings, MN. You'll work in a supportive office environment with access to warm leads—no cold calling required.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

  • Monday–Thursday 8am-5pm
  • Saturdays 8am-2pm
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be licensed or willing to obtain insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Market and sell American Family Insurance products, including auto, home, life
  • Use consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs and match them with appropriate coverage
  • Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, networking, and community engagement
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Conduct policy reviews and recommend updates or additional coverage
  • Provide exceptional service to retain existing customers and ensure satisfaction
Agency & Brand Promotion
  • Represent the agency at local events and networking opportunities
  • Promote brand awareness and educate the community on insurance options
Administrative Duties
  • Prepare quotes, applications, and presentations
  • Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and agency procedures
  • Coordinate with team members and business partners to resolve customer issues
