Job summary

PMA USA (Performance Matters Associates, INC.) is a national insurance benefits solutions provider representing Washington National Insurance Company. We offer a new agent bonus of $400 per week during your first 6 weeks (up to $2,400), a strong commission structure, training, and mentorship.

As a Sales Representative, you will identify prospective clients, discuss needs, present proposals, close sales, and guide clients through financial decisions using our product portfolio.
