Confie is seeking Insurance Agents in Round Lake Beach, IL to sell nonstandard auto insurance. You will handle inbound leads and walk-in traffic, maintaining and expanding client relationships to meet sales targets.

The role offers paid training, licensing, mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company matching. Bilingual applicants are preferred.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Solicit new auto insurance business and maintain existing book to meet sales goals.
• Grow the book by building relationships with existing customers.
• Record currency transactions and deposit payments with documentation in agency system.
• Educate customers on products that best fit their needs.
