Confie, along with its family of companies, is seeking enthusiastic Insurance Agents in Green Bay to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $1,000 and an hourly pay range of $15–$17, with comprehensive paid training.

You will handle inbound leads, high-volume engagement, and opportunities for career growth within a supportive team. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, and a High School diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience.
• Ability to build relationships with customers.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet production goals.
• Educate customers on products and advise on best fit.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions and deposits in agency system.
