ACG is seeking a full-time Insurance Sales professional in Lincoln, NE. Base pay plus incentives and full benefits, with ramp-up earnings support during initial months to help you build a strong client pipeline.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, proactive outreach, referrals, and service excellence to grow the insurance and financial product portfolio. Training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license (or ability to obtain)
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 60 days of hire
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment
• We provide training to help you get licensed and confident in the role

Responsibilities

• Sales, Retention & Revenue Growth: own sale and ongoing service of insurance products and financial products; meet or exceed sales targets.
• Insurance Reviews & Policy Execution: conduct reviews, identify gaps, quote, bind, and issue policies per guidelines.
• Customer Relationship Management: build rapport, respond promptly, support customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prospecting, Community Engagement & Referrals: engage in local branch and community events to develop new business opportunities.
