Oasis Insurance in Georgia is seeking an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers at an on-site Macon location. You will solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet production goals while expanding relationships with customers.

The role offers a base salary with monthly uncapped commissions and renewal commissions, plus monthly bonuses. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; a High School Diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required).
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to reach production targets.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and timely deposits with scanned docs in agency system.
• Educate and advise customers on products that fit their needs.
