Allstate Insurance Agency in Edmonds, WA is growing and seeking two Insurance Sales Producers. No prior insurance experience required—we’ll train you for success, with hands-on coaching from an experienced Agency Owner.

The role includes provided leads, full marketing support, and a clear earnings path with salary plus commission. Enjoy company-paid health insurance, a 401(k) plan, PTO, and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain WA state personal lines insurance license within 2 weeks of hire date (license fees paid by agency).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality - enjoys working with people.
• Positive, goal-oriented attitude.
• Must complete sales fit assessment to be considered for the position.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up on quotes.
• Handle inbound sales calls and close new business.
• Master our proven Allstate sales process (full training provided).
• Provide excellent service to existing clients.
• Develop your personal referral network via social media, events, center of influences.
